MR. VINOD GARG
Managing Director and Chairman of the Company, carries a rich industrial experience spanning nearly 30 years wherein he has held various instrumental positions in Ispat Industries Limited, where he was associated as Executive Director for more than a decade. In his long association with Ispat Industries Limited, he has been responsible for all operations and functions of the company that included the commercial functions, plant operations, projects, sales & marketing and all other functions. He is well known in the steel industry for his sharp commercial acumen, analysis and reading of the steel market and initiating reforming measures for the steel industry in particular that has led to several new policies and measures being introduced at the Government level for steel industry. He has been a member of various policy guiding bodies and associations such as CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CORSMA, ISA. He has joined the Company from May 1, 2012 and appointed as Managing effective from March 1, 2013
MR. VAIBHAV GARG
Following the graduation in 2009 from Kelley School of Business; Vaibhav was instrumental in setting up his family business - Vibrant Global Group that has interests spanning a variety of sectors. Currently Vaibhav is involved with the operations of the salt manufacturing facilities with a retail and distribution presence across fourteen states, a flexible packaging unit with an installed capacity of c.15,000MT of BOPET per annum and a NBFC focusing on investments in listed and unlisted equities.
In addition to the above, one of his notable accomplishments has been the conceptualization, inception and development of the food service packaging company. It is safe to say that we cater to nearly every organised brand and QSR format in India like Starbucks, Coca Cola, etc. to name a few. In 2016, Vaibhav was instrumental in forging a strategic joint venture with the world’s largest paper packaging company from Finland -Huhtamaki.
Ever since the inception of Vibrant Global, Vaibhav’s focus has been on overall group strategy, scoping new opportunities and capital allocation besides day to day operations and sales and marketing.
The opportunity to lead the IPO of our NBFC was a significant milestone in his nascent entrepreneurial career and is currently involved as a CFO to capitalise on the opportunities available in across a plethora of sectors.
